I suppose importing/ exporting is done in the wp-admin section of the website fcarriere, but the display being empty is that also in wp-admin or is that on the front-end?
Thank you for your reply.
With Divi theme, Json import are made from Divi Library. Which is indeed in the wp-admin section.
Display is empty, both on back-end and front-end.
The export I made after having imported json files, was done from the front-end.
I tested in another website and the json file import works fine with the same exact json files.
And I can’t even restore it even if I saved beforehand.
Thanks God it happened on my own website and not the one from a client.
And yeah, I cleant the cache several times, even from the browser.

but if the display also shows blank on the backend, then it is unlikely to be an Autoptimize issue as AO doesn’t optimize the backend to begin with? or does the import/ display work when AO is not active?
It doesn’t work even when Autoptimize is not active. And I unchecked all the options before deactivating it.
Myself I don’t really know, but I posted because I saw there were already a few issues reported regarding Divi and AO compatibility.
I asked the same to WP-Optimize and Secupress that were installed at the same tieme
OK, that indeed seems to confirm it’s not related to Autoptimize so I’ll mark this as resolved (from AO’s perspective). Feel free to follow up if you were able to identify the culprit though!
Might be Secupress as the premium version allows us to change database prefix for safety reasons. But I didn’t mention it at the beginning and let the issue opened.
Anyway, thank you for your feedback
