Divi problem

    Hey,

    I’ve implemented Complianz with the divi builder and it seem to disappear when adding it. The regular page which is linked in the popup statement works.

    I’d like to make a divi page with the [cmplz-data-request region=’eu’] which should output the information but it doesn’t.
    Also I tried to use the shortcode created for the cookie page by the plugin which did work at first. But, after some reloads it disappears. Read about this in another thread for a couple of years ago with the same problem which I couldn’t find an answer of.

    The [cmplz-cookies] shortcode works and I see the table of cookies but not the other information.

    So .. how to implament the cookie statement on a divi made page?

    Hi @speechless,

    Embedding the shortcode to display the Cookie Policy should work in the same way for Divi as for any other page builder.

    I’d say that the issue is most-likely that you’re using the wrong shortcode, if the intention is to embed the Cookie Policy (the shortcode you attached is for the Data Requests form).

    In your case, you would want to use: [cmplz-document type="cookie-statement" region="eu"]
