DIVI theme not updated automatically

    Hi there

    The automatic update is set up for WP core + plugins + themes and after a few days the DIVI theme is still not updated, although I have a valid licence key for it.

    Is shield not compatible with DIVi updates ?

    This isn’t anything to do with Shield, but how the DIVI theme integrates with WordPress automatic updates.

    You need to tell the developer to test for compatibility with this process. It runs on the WordPress cron, so it’ll get missed if the premium updates are hooked into “admin-only” WordPress hooks/code… which is the norm.

    This has nothing to do with Shield.
