Hello @cbaorg
Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Well, this is interesing. So to confirm, if the W3 Total Cache is ative the pagde displays correctly? And once disabled the page is not displaying as it should, meaning I can see blank page with only header?
What may be the case is that the page was cached when it was showing as it should and at some point there was an update with Divi which caused the problem. Can you please re-acivate the W3TC and Purge the cache and let me know if the problem persists?
I can see that Divi generates some cache files in /wp-content/et-cache/ folder.
You may want to check the DIvi configuration and update the cache for Divi.
I can also see that you are using brotli compression, and the question is are you using some custom rules for this or any other plugn, or it’s just a server configuration?
Thanks!
Hello @cbaorg
Just an update, I can see that you opened another ticket in the Boldgrid forum, regarding Divi library modules and the notice:
[14-Aug-2025 19:11:46 UTC] PHP Warning: simplexml_load_string(): ^ in /home/commasumma/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/PgCache_Plugin_Admin.php on line 212
Can you please share what version of the W3 Total Cache you are currently using?
Thanks!
For the past two days we have had W3TC deactivated and we have not had the Divi libray module viewing issue. Where the Divi modules can onlybe viewed with W3TC activated.
It is not clear what changed. As before when we deactivated W3TC we had the problem.
We have now deleted W3TC and related folders.
We will see what happens next page create process run. We hope this is fully resolved. If so we may never know why this was happening.
Thanks
