Since the two author’s names only differ by case, it’s a little annoying.
http://www.marcio3000.net/blog/?author=1
and
http://www.marcio3000.net/blog/?author=2
work.
If your user names were different, you could do
http://www.marcio3000.net/blog/author/marcio
for example (only after having set up Permalinks).

There is another problem though, for example in the page http://www.marcio3000.net/blog/autore/prova i want to add some links only for this account right? so i log on with “prova” which has a level 9 and use the add link page, but the links appears just in the main page http://www.marcio3000.net/blog/ non in the previous page, why?
Also the posts that the user prova publishes appear in the main page, this platform seems like a multi-user blog more than a blog platform,is it possibile to easily fix these thing?
you want to look into wp-mu or wpmu, depending on the way they recently hyphenated it. 😉 wp is really designed to run one blog per install. wpmu folks have tried to enhance it to support multiple blogs per install.
