    I assume you mean the table with the blue table header. It is not displayed as a responsive table. Since you are using the WP Table Builder plugin for the table, I would recommend you to contact their support forum if you want to make it look better for mobile view: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-table-builder/
