    Getting
Deprecated: KadenceWP\KadenceStarterTemplates\Container::singleton(): Implicitly marking parameter $afterBuildMethods as nullable is deprecated, t…” from templates/inc/resources/Container.php on line 50.

Also getting around a dozen similar errors. I need to be able to run with debug on so trun debug off is not an affirmative fix.

  • Hey there,

    Welcome to Kadence Support.

I checked my test website’s Error Logs, and I tried installing new templates and playing with the Starter Template and Theme-related settings. However, I am not seeing the same deprecated error. Do you know any actions you may be taking that trigger this deprecated log?

    • If possible, can you send me the full error?
    • Can you ensure your theme and plugins are up to date?
    • Can you also let me know which version of PHP and WordPress you are using?

You can also consider reaching out to us directly in a support ticket so we can gather more information.

    Hello Kadence Support Team,

    I have the same problem.

If my website use PHP 8.2.12 (old version of PHP) I have no problem. But if I try to use PHP 8.4+ I get the same error as described before. Also, I get DEPRECATED errors of the same type on many other places in kadence-blocks, kadence-pro, kadence-starter-templates, usually the places where you use $afterBuildMethods as nullable and $license_class as nullable.

I hope this is helpful and soon you will make all updates and we can run your plugins in the latest version of PHP.

    Thanks for your great work,

    Tony
