    I have a pro account and am using the outlook mailer.

    When setting up in Azure, the mail.send application API permission says admin consent required.

    There is a warning message: Starting November 9th, 2020 end users will no longer be able to grant consent to newly registered multitenant apps without verified publis…

    Is this permission required?

    I was hoping for my DMARC SPF and DMARC settings to be working. When I email from my outlook, those are setup properly.

    Yes, it looks like the end-users require verified publisher id to grant consent. If you are not an administrator, you might need to contact your organization’s administrator regarding this permission.
