DNSBL Blacklist Database

Hi, we are from the UK. The other day a client reported a Firewall block and today we have experienced the same. We are finding the UK’s broadband IP addresses, bt, tiscali / talktalk etc are getting added to http://spfbl.net/en/dnsbl/ database and it reports “This IP has been blocked, but it’s reputation is not bad anymore.”

The plugin has been really good and reliable up to now, but this may be becoming a problem. The description itself is contradictory – if reputation isn’t bad anymore, why block?

Could you please look at the use of this database, something rouge may be going on. And please advise. If it continues to be a problem we might look at white listing the UK, but the plugin has been reliable and brilliant up to now so don’t want to start widespread white listing unless completely necessary
