Yes, you do. In addition make sure that you select between the two options according to the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration setup and that WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration has standard tracking disable.
Also, make sure that there aren’t any tracking code duplicates inserted in your page and there are no JavaScript errors in your pages which may block the ecommerce tracking.
