Do MP Automatically Update WP Users?

    I’m looking at my lists and I noticed that “WordPress Users” can’t be deleted but updated. So I clicked on update and the number of subscribers went up by 2. Does this mean I have to go in and manually hit this update button or does it do it periodically? I’m not aware of any new subscribers recently.
