Do not have permissions…payments processing

    Hi,

    So I installed the Yith Subscriptions plugin and setup the default WooCommerce Payments plugin along with it. Support says the free version only supports paypal but it “appears” to be working ok in test mode although all the transactions come in separately as seen in this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/SKohdb8.png

    Is that working how it should? They all say “processing” unless I manually make them say “Complete”

    Also when I login as a test user to “My Account” when I try to access the “Subscriptions” area of the my account page I get an error that says “You do not have permissions necessary to access to this page”

    Hi,
    yes they should be set as completed manually (it will be automatic only for virtual and downlodable products) as by default for woocomerce.

    I would also note that, the first payment could work, but the renewals will not work because that plugin is not supported.

    About the my account issue, I see there is a message about a critical error, can you please activate the WordPress debug and send us the error message it reports?
