    I changed the plugin Nelio External Featured Image to Nelio Content because you showed this recommendation, as if the plugin would have the same purpose.

    Now I have a plugin with a different function, and the external featured images are not showing on my blog.

    Please, DON’T LIE TO USERS.

    Hi Bernard,

    If Nelio Content doesn’t work for you but NelioEFI did, you can keep using the old plugin. If you have trouble with Nelio Content and you want us to look into it, we’ll be more than happy to help; just let us know.

    I don’t think we’re lying to anyone. As stated in NelioEFI: “This plugin has been re-implemented from scratch and merged into Nelio Content”, which I think clearly states that its features have been included in a different plugin. On the other hand, I think Nelio Content’s main purpose is quite clear: its name says it all “Auto Publish on Social Media” (as well as its description).

    Finally, I’d like to emphasize what I’ve already stated: we’re here to help our users as much as we can (including the users of our free tiers). If there’s anything you need help with regarding Nelio Content (and, specifically, the support for external featured images), don’t hesitate to ask for it!
