    Support for this plugin is very very bad, they don’t even respond to your emails that you send them. It says they offer a money back guarantee on their website this is incorrect as they do not even contact you back to get it back. I think most of the reviews about good support are just made up!! They have truly did some false advertising here. Also this player has bugs that need to be fixed, but how do they get fixed if they do not contact you back!

    I finally got my money back after I had to do a dispute through pay pal to get it back, and it took two weeks to even get a reply from the company to get it back. I am going to leave the rating as one star as I seen other people have had issues with this plugin not working, and their customer service is not top priority to them as they say it is.
