I’ve checked your site, and it appears that the functionality you’re referring to might be coming from a different plugin. Our plugin activates user accounts via an activation link, not an OTP (One-Time Password). Since your site is asking for a confirmation code “Verify its you.We sent a verification code. To verify your email address, please check your inbox and enter the code below.“, it’s likely handled by another plugin.

If you believe this is indeed related to our plugin, please share the name of the plugin you’re using along with a screenshot of the Email tab (specifically the section that contains the email content). I’ll be happy to investigate further and assist you accordingly.
