• Athemes is great at deploying updates without testing them thoroughly, has broken my live website multiple times. Any time I have tried to ask for support they insist on admin level access to my installation to detect and fix bugs, which is not possible to give.

    Hi @archismanmisra,

We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced with Merchant, especially the site breaking after updates, we understand how frustrating that can be. While we do thorough testing before releasing updates, sometimes unexpected bugs can slip through, and we apologize that this happened on your live site.

Regarding admin access, it’s not something we usually require in the paid version, but it can indeed help speed up the investigation. Most times when we request it, it’s because we’ve been unable to reproduce the issue on our end. When admin access isn’t possible, we’re always happy to work with a staging site instead, so we can still troubleshoot without impacting your live website. Since you are using the paid version, feel welcome to share access to your staging site via our contact form in case you are still experiencing any issues, and we’ll be happy to prioritize your request.

We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board to improve both our update process and how we handle support requests.
