I checked other open topics and couldn’t solve my case.

Verified Tables
ywrr_email_schedule
ywrr_email_blocklist

Cron checked
ywrr_daily_send_mail_job – Once a day
ywrr_hourly_send_mail_job – Every hour

When checking scheduled evaluations, was scheduled for the 27th (example) today is 29 and was not sent

What can I do to send emails automatically? because I am sending them manually.

Even running wp-cron.php manually does not send email

Hi @roneycs ,
sorry for the delay. That’s a weird issue. Can you activate the WP_DEBUG and see if there are errors?

I had no error logs

I still do the submissions manually because the cron does not run.

Hi @roneycs ,
Maybe you have some issue with the cron.
I suggest you to contact your hosting and ask if there are issue with the cron ( maybe are disabled ).
