The files should open, what happens when you try to open one of the backups on Windows 7?

Hello, and thank for getting back to me.
I click on the back up and the file list comes up.
I click on the first file (and others as well) and more pages come up.
Then I get to a file that gives me box that says it cant open and will check on line or installed programs (I can click either box)
I have tried both.
Even on line it says it doesn’t recognize it.
Is there a trick to opening the files?
Other pages that come up.
Some files it says adobe reader cant open it.
Others I can open when I get an option for word pad. Each file seems to be different.
I have widows 7 and it is updated.

Ah right ok.
So the backup is just a zip file containing all the files on your server, you likely won’t be able to open them all on your computer.
If you follow the guide I linked above you should be able to restore fine.
