do-search.php does not ignore Private pages

    Why does the search engine for WordPress ignore Private pages?

    If I want to set up a page with confidential information, yet add a search engine to the site, the engine simply ignores “private” and reveals information.

    Is there any way of controlling this so the search engine IGNORES private pages? No, I don’t want to password protect a page, that just is another level of impediment for a user.

    Help.
