Do you have captcha option?

Hi there, first I would like to thank for the plugin, it works really well with my bilingual site.
However, lately I had a lot of fake emails added in my subscription list.
I was wondering if the plugin has a captcha option, so we can avoid robot subscription and get it only from humans. Even better if it is bilingual.
