do_action hook or function

I use infinitewp to manage several dozen sites. when i have this plugin enabled enabled on a website (as my primary host recommends for object cache), there are issues with plugin updates. their support asked me to ask you if there is a do_action hook or function that can be used to clear the cache after an update? 

Thank you. I’d like to use your plugin on other sites as well, but the two together are buggy.
