This is WooCommerce top notice when browsing WooCommerce backend like Product section.

But when Docket Cache active, it disappear.

WooCommerce 6.9.4

I can’t replicate the issue. Without enabling Docket Cache, that notice still does not appear.

It hard to replicate because WooCommerce relies heavily on slow ajax and took time for the notice to appear.

And WooCommerce not work properly on localhost.

If without enabling Docket Cache, that notice still does not appear, means the server does not meet WooCommerce requirement.
