Document attachment for non admins

I am using buddypres docs. I am facing an issue when ading attachemnt. This works when admin is login and able to add any kind of attchment like pdf , excel , images etc.

But when any user or non admin user tries to attach any file to documnet then it gives eror “error occureeered while sending file.Please try again later.” or “HTTP Eror”.
I am frustated with this plugin as i tried many solution but nothing works!! . But the non admin are able to create document. Problem is in adding attachment.

Help me out as soon as posssible.
