Thanks so much for the quick response! I did find that, however I can’t find any section that provides information on creating a page that looks like your example. For instance, I can get a page where I can start with a blank and sort fields, but I can’t figure out how to get the drops downs, get proper formatting, etc. Could you perhaps share the short code you used in the above mentioned example? I am trying to get it working here http://www.seattleimplementation.org/member-directory/

It’s not in the shortcode – almost everything can be done using the settings for the lists.
Other help you need appears to be CSS – your list is too wide and description column too narrow and looks weird for long texts.
Consider setting public html type to ‘simple’ (non table view)

Needs CSS suitable to the data you are showing.
