Documentation??

I’m the adviser of a college’s student-run news publication and we use a lot of Soundslides; however, to have to train a student (online editor) each semester how to FTP and such is really added work. I’ve searched for comprehensive, step-by-step “how to” for this plugin to no avail. Am I missing it? If it’s available will the developers (or another user) please provide a hotlink? I’m a web designer by trade, (but not a developer) but have to train non-technical journalism students procedures and it would be nice to have a technical documentation where I can send them for a resource. For now, I’m just using the standard FTP the Zip file then grabbing/posting the embed code, so although we have this plugin installed, we still aren’t using it as I don’t understand how it works to be able to explain it to a student.
