Documentation isn’t great

You tell us a lot about what we can do in your documentation but you pretty much never write EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT. I find myself left with the choice of trying to guess what you mean.

Be specific! Much more specific.

I can’t even import your own CSV example into the database without getting errors. Even your example is bad and goes wrong.

In this sentence you simply say: “Import your admin user” – but nowhere do you say HOW TO DO IT.
“Import your wp admin user into simple membership and apply the “special membership level” to that account.”

Just 2 examples. There are many more.

I spent hours on these issues getting absolutely nowhere.
