Documentation missing and responsiveness?

Went to the author’s site, but when I go to the documentation link it gives me a page that asks me to upload a file. Same with the About tab on that page.

Also, I see this plugin is tagged with “Responsive” but neither of the demos on the author’s site were responsive. Is this plugin responsive or not?
