Thank-you for notifying us that we need to look into this @marc73. I have notified the team responsible for documentation and they’ll be reviewing the process shortly with our Cloudflare test sites. Naturally, I’ll leave this open so I can provide further feedback as soon as I know more.
Thank-you for the extra information @marc73. We may need to provide instructions that differ between the free plan and others. Our team are looking at it.
We have taken a further look at this and unfortunately due to the availability of the “new” dashboard being sporadic, we don’t have the same options available to our account as your screenshot. I assume they’re doing a limited rollout. Could you possibly send another screenshot from after clicking on “Return to old dashboard”, as that might provide the information we need.
I’m just going to make another request for the information in my above post. If you’re not able to get back to us right now, we will note this to be checked again when the new dashboard is available to us.
We’re resolving this topic, but it has been noted by our team to update documentation once we have access to the new Cloudflare dashboard for users of their free service. If you or anybody else reading this has anything further to add or assist us with, please start up a new topic as we may not always be able to track older topics on the forum.
Peter.
