What does the href attribute look like on the file links?
Can I see your shortcode please? Do you have stats or encryption enabled intentionally?
Also check your browser console for javascript errors on the page where your file table is placed.

Try disabling stats on the File Away settings page.
Hmm, this is strange.
I have disabled stats and reloaded the main page… only to be greeted with a White Screen of Death. All pages/posts are accessible, just the index is empty.
The other sub-sites work just fine, including other sub-sites that use fileaway.
Any javascript errors or php errors? I don’t see how disabling stats would be the cause of that. People disable stats all the time. Sounds like maybe your setup has some issues.
Are there any known incompatibilities with multisite?
