To be sure I understand, are you able to upload those other file types using just BP Group Documents?
If you’re unable to upload anything using this plugin, could you try using the 1.4 version here?

Not sure if that’s the issue but there was mention of a possible capabilities change causing such a problem.

Are you able to upload those other file types you mentioned previously? Or better yet, could you let me know exactly what file types, by extension, you’re able to upload?
I’m just curious as to whether this is a mime type issue, in which case perhaps the following may sort it?
