Documents not importing

The Aspose.Words Import and Export Word Documents plugin (v6.3.1) currently does not import any documents. Instead, the process either stalls or results in an empty document block.
Tests Conducted:
- Tested on WordPress 6.8.1 and WordPress 6.7.2
- Evaluated on multiple PHP versions (7.4 to 8.4)
- Checked across two different hosting providers
- Used a previously functional document for comparison
- Tested on both Block Editor and Classic Editor
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggested workarounds?
