.docx files cannot be uploaded using forminator

    I am using forminator to collect files and load to google drive. I have specified that docx , doc and wri files can be uploaded, but when I try to load a docx file I get an error message – sorry you are not allowed to load this file type. What do I need to do to fix this error please?

    Trust you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out to us.

    I wasn’t able to replicate the issue when I tested this on a test website at my end. The docx files are being uploaded without any issues.

    Can you please share an export of the form from your end using pastebin.com or Google Drive so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
