Hi,

I try to upload a .docx file with Contact Form 7 extension and it doesn’t work.
The loading spinner runs, runs, runs and nothing happens!

The .doc and .pdf works well.

Here’s my code :
<label> Join your CV
[file attached-file filetypes:docx|doc|pdf limit:2mb] </label>

Can anyone help me with that issue please?

FAQ > The spinning arrow icon shows up once I submit a form, but then nothing happens.

It happens only when I try to attach a .docx file!
I don’t want to desactivate all my plugins.

If you won’t troubleshoot as suggested then you won’t be able to identify the conflict, which could be a plugin, your theme, or a security plugin/modsec. I have this plugin installed on 2 sites and can upload .docx files without any problem, so the issue is specific to your configuration I’m afraid.
