The cause for this is a small problem in the Ukrainian translation of TablePress: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/tablepress/dev/uk/default/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=623251&filters%5Btranslation_id%5D=125086672

This incorrect translation breaks the HTML code (which needs to have a certain structure so that the JavaScript code can use it). I have suggested a fix for the translation and as soon as that is distributed to your site, everything will work again. Until then, I can only suggest to temporarily switch to English as the language for your WordPress admin area (which you can select in your user profile).
