    Sorry for asking this question, but we spent so much time to try to make work this great plugin, than I didn’t found any other solutions than asking to the author’s plugin or someone who already used Avada’s theme.

    Either on the main page /boutique/
    or within a category /parapente

    Themify is showing well, but for an unknown reason, products are not filtered at all. Everything remains exactly as it was before we click anywhere on a checkbox.

    Is it a problem related to the theme ? Or did I setup something wrong ?

    Thanks a lot for your help

    ps: I tried also to remove Avada’s theme and use the regular Nineteen theme but it doesn’t change anything for the behavior of the plugin

    @themifyme Will you cut that out please? You do not have a single ticket in these support forums. Not one customer either. These are topics. You’re not a company here, you’re a volunteer.

    It’s important. When you get the open source user relationship wrong, you are doing your users a disservice. They’re not customers, they are your opensource collaborators.

    @jdembowski Oh, it was just the wording that I’m used to. I apologize if it is inappropriate or it has violated the ww.wp.xz.cn’s support forum policies. By “closing this ticket”, I simply mean will mark the thread as resolved as user said he switched to another plugin, so the issue is no longer relevant.
