I have a website built with the Enfold theme and their own Avia Layout Builder (which replaces Gutenberg). No I’m going to add a Knowledge Base to this website. The guys from Enfold/Avia tell me to choose an option that does not depend on Gutenberg alone, but offers an option to embed the Knowlede Base through a shortcode. Do you guys offer such an option?

Yes, you can definitely use our shortcode option to embed your Knowledge Base with the Enfold theme and Avia Layout Builder. Here is a detailed article explaining exactly how to use our shortcodes:

Any location that your builder allows for shortcodes will work.

You can also easily find the shortcode within the plugin by navigating to:
