does it disbale old wp comments?

    No, all old comments should appear as normal

    thanks again but what does it do with the old commenting system? does it hide it and replace it with the new FB one?

    No, FB Comments is inserted after content and before the native WordPress comments so you can use both 🙂

    Ok great but what If I want to hide the old commenting system and put the FB system as the Only one?

    You can disable WordPress comments within Settings -> Discussion and untick “Allow people to post comments on new articles”. You may still need to disable post by post
