the GoPay for WooCommerce plugin provides the connection the e-shop with the payment gateway. For setting up recurring payments (automatic or on-demand) you need to use a third-party plugin and have the recurring payments functionality (automatic or on-demand) enabled for the e-shop on the payment gateway side.

I can advise you on the GoPay for WooCommerce plugin. The third party plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions should be usable for recurring payments, but please check with the publisher for its capabilities.
