Does it work with APO enabled?

Hey Anton,

quick question: Does your plugin work in conjunction with Cloudflare APO?

I initially wanted to implement this solution to deliver optimized images, but a commenter there wrote that the solution does not work together with APO. I know it’s a worker and therefore a different approach than yours, but I’m still unsure what you can combine with Cloudflare and how, without shooting yourself in the foot.
