Does it work with decoupled architecture?

    Just to confirm, which type of redirection method are you using for your links? You can check that under Options > Links > Redirection.

    we have checked with all 3 method from the redirection but nothing works for us.

    Thanks for confirming that. We don’t know enough about the decoupled architecture to offer a firm answer for you.

    But, if you’re getting a 404 error, you might try checking your permalinks. They need to be set to something other than the default (postname recommended).

    Beyond that, you might need to have your developer troubleshoot it more. We’d recommend debugging inside of this function: https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/pretty-link/tags/3.6.8/app/models/PrliUtils.php#L183
