Does it work with S3?

Does this plugin work with Amazon S3?

I need my /wp-content/uploads folder to be the same as my S3 bucket folder structure.

Example:
/wp-content/uploads/images/thing1.jpg
[S3 bucket]/uploads/images/thing1.jpg
