Does it work with WP All Import

Hi, does the plugin work with WP All Import, i.e. can the draft posts imported with WP All Import be automatically assigned to editor/s via PublishPress and once the editors complete editing the posts shall return to the admin for final publishing approval?

Can the author of the post be a third user (not the editor, nor the finally approving admin?
