    Hi there,

We use a sign-up confirmation message that needs a paragraph break.

Unfortunately, your plugin’s “AFTER SUBMIT Show message” field is not html-friendly and, thus, will not accept the proper html code we need to apply (e.g., <br>). For specifics, click here.

Please update noted field to allow the use of HTML code. If you know of a temporary fix, please provide that as well.

    Thank you!

Note: We have no issues with any other plugins’ confirmation message fields (e.g., Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, etc.).

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Indeed, the use of HTML code is not currently supported in the “After Submit > Show Message” field.

It’s not on our roadmap now, but you’re welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com

Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂

Alternatively, you can choose the “After Submit > Go to Page” option so you will have more control over the page design. Thank you!
