Does not allow adding cities in Israel

    I’m trying to add cities within Israel and it doesn’t give me a city shop, why?

    Hi Bretler,
    The customer can select his city in the cities dropdown field on checkout page, the admin can config shipping price per city in the shipping zone edit screen (via WooCommerce Shipping settings).
