Does not Cache All at once

Hi, I bought WP Fastest Cache for about a year now or more, I have been having issues getting it to work and enhance site speed as it does not cache everything and load them all at once, it still lets it all spread when loading, doing the exact thing it shouldn’t be doing in the first place.
