Does not cache Dashboard

    Hello

    I am editing and updating the posts and each time I add a new link or picture the loading of the server goes to even 160.

    What can I do in dashboard and admin area?

    Dashboard cannot be cached by “page caches”

    You can try “object cache”‘s such as redis cache or memcached, but they require not just the plugin (drop-in) but additional software installed on server.
