Does not capture transients stored in persistent Cache.

    It seems that the plugin takes for granted that the transients are stored in WordPress database, options table which is not always the case. Install any database caching plugin, like W3TC and enable database cache and plugin fails to detect the transients.
    Please correct if I am wrong.
