Also, there is no woocommerce order number reference added to order,… makes it a problem to track back orders in woocommerce portal.
I will look into all of these when i get a free time and let you know an update soon after.
Also please let me know which plugin you are using to autocomplete orders? If no plugin you are using, describe how you are achieving this

Hi @mvsup , Thanks for your patient. I have had a detail look into the issue.
1) For autocomplete orders – Its a 3rd party plugin and I guess they add the autocomplete support feature for different gateways manually. Since its written in their plugin description
works with all major payment providers including PayPal, SagePay and Stripe.
…So, its clear that it has to happen from their side. Open a support ticket in that plugin and ask if they can enable autocomplete order support for this gateway plugin or not.
2) Regarding the user info and order info not being sent to paddle – This is how their api is designed and they don’t take any information other than user email, country and postcode. So, even if we send user info to them, they won’t display it. You can talk with their support about it and if they enable this feature (user info and order number) in their api, I will definitely implement those in this plugin quickly.
Sorry for not coming into that much of a help since its out of my access.

can I download the plugin after you have taken it out of production?
