does not convert new images

    Hope you can help. Installed on new WP installation and clicked on “Enable it to convert the new uploaded images.” Yet when I uploaded a new jpg image no conversion appeared to take place. I searched the upload folders and only see the jpg thumbs.

    Hello,

    We’ve confirmed the feature is working on our side. Could you please check your caching setup?

    First, if you have a caching plugin, please disable it. Next, toggle the ‘Enable it to convert the new uploaded images’ option off and then back on. Finally, upload a new image to verify conversion, and let us know if the bulk conversion process is working for you.

    It works thank you. Surprised to find the images in a different uploads folder. Didn’t expect that.
