how it is possible , can you send me some screenshots
The plugin takes the data from the name field but then does not export it together with the rest of the fields

I have the same issue using this plugin (version 1.1.6 on WorPress 5.6) and WPForms lite (version 1.6.4.1). On the dashboard I can see all the fields submitted by the users, but when exporting as CSV the “Name” field is not populated.
